Notice Regarding Outdoor Grills
In an effort to reduce the potential fire hazard associated with grill use, Amguard (our Condo Insurer) recently issued a mandatory recommendation that the use of charcoal grills be specifically prohibited, and should be removed from the premises. Propane units are acceptable, but only when used at least 10 feet from any structure.
The association must comply with all mandatory recommendations to meet the insurer's underwriting guidelines. Failure to act upon them could result in the cancellation or non-renewal of the master insurance policy.

Want to get important town news quickly? Sign up for Amherst E-Alerts! The town will send you email messages about urgent things such as road closures. Go to the town web site at www.amherstnh.gov. Easy instructions are available at the link on that page.
The E-Alerts system is additionally designed to send you an email whenever new information relevant to your interests is posted, including minutes from town board meetings and various committes. To sign up, visit the town's website, locate the "Citizens Action Center," and select "E-Alerts Signup." Enter your email address and choose the specific town information that appeals to you by checking the corresponding boxes. Finally, click the box to "Prove you're not a robot" and click "Subscribe Me."
